How We Use Information

We use information to respond to venue requests, review machine placement fit, operate the Upload Your Pull feature, administer monthly drawings, feature approved testimonials, prevent abuse, and improve the Midnight Valet LLC website and services.

Children and Parent Guidance

Upload Your Pull is intended to be kid-friendly, but children should ask a parent or guardian before submitting. Entrants under 18 must have parent or guardian permission. We ask submitters not to upload faces, school names, home addresses, phone numbers, or other sensitive personal details in card images or testimonials.

Spotlight and Testimonial Use

If you give permission, Midnight Valet LLC may feature your first name, general location, card image, venue reference, and testimonial on websites, social media, printed materials, or machine displays. We do not intentionally publish full email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, or private contact details.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate forms, email, website hosting, drawing administration, or legal compliance. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including venue follow-up, drawing administration, testimonial records, legal compliance, and business records.

Your Choices

You may request that we update, remove, or stop using a testimonial or submitted image by contacting MidnightValetLLC@gmail.com. We may retain records where needed for legal, security, or business reasons.
