Is there a natural location with visibility, discretion, and low risk of crowding or clutter?
Would the system feel like a premium amenity in this room, not a cheap retail intrusion?
Can the venue move on a pilot in the next 30–90 days, or is this just curiosity for later?
6–7 yes answers: high-priority pilot conversation. 4–5 yes answers: maybe, but placement and policy need closer review. 0–3 yes answers: not ready yet.
