Official Monthly Drawing Rules

No purchase necessary. A purchase, payment, or machine use does not increase your chances of winning.

1. Drawing Period

Unless a specific monthly post states otherwise, each drawing begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last calendar day of that month.

2. Eligibility

The drawing is open to legal residents of New Hampshire who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and any prize for a minor must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian. Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of Midnight Valet LLC are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. To enter through the website, submit the Upload Your Pull form with a card image, first name, email address, venue or city, and testimonial. To enter without purchase, machine use, image upload, or testimonial, email MidnightValetLLC@gmail.com with the subject line "Monthly Drawing Entry" and include your name, email address, city, state, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Limit one entry per person per monthly drawing period, regardless of entry method. Automated, incomplete, false, or bulk entries may be disqualified.

4. Prize

Unless a specific monthly post states otherwise, the prize is one trading-card-related prize selected by Midnight Valet LLC with an approximate retail value of up to $25. Prize substitutions may be made at Midnight Valet LLC's discretion when necessary. No cash substitution is offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from eligible entries after the monthly drawing period closes. The potential winner will be contacted by email. If the potential winner does not respond within seven days, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Midnight Valet LLC may select an alternate winner.

6. Spotlight Permission

Website upload entrants who grant permission may have their submitted card image, first name, general location, and testimonial featured on Midnight Valet LLC websites, social media, printed materials, or machine displays. Entering by email without a testimonial does not require spotlight permission.

7. General Conditions

Midnight Valet LLC may cancel, suspend, or modify a drawing if fraud, technical problems, legal requirements, or other factors impair the integrity of the drawing. Midnight Valet LLC's decisions are final. Entrants are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for providing accurate contact information.

8. Brand Disclaimer

Midnight Valet LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or any trading card brand owner. Brand names and card images belong to their respective owners.

9. Privacy

Information submitted for the drawing is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
