These Terms govern your use of the Midnight Valet LLC website, forms, Upload Your Pull submissions, and venue request features. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Website Information

Website content is provided for general business and promotional purposes. A venue request does not guarantee approval, placement, revenue share, timing, product availability, or specific financial results.

Venue Requests

Midnight Valet LLC reviews venue requests at its discretion. Machine placement, ownership, service responsibilities, revenue share, insurance, access, removal, and other business terms must be confirmed in a separate written agreement before any placement is final.

Upload Your Pull Submissions

You may submit only content you have the right to share. Do not submit images or testimonials that include private information, offensive content, misleading claims, faces of children, school names, home addresses, or content that violates another person's rights. Midnight Valet LLC may edit, reject, remove, or decline to publish any submission.

Permission to Use Submitted Content

When you submit content and grant feature permission, you give Midnight Valet LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, display, reproduce, and share the submitted card image, first name, general location, venue reference, and testimonial for promotional, website, social media, print, machine display, and business purposes.

Monthly Drawing

Monthly drawing participation is governed by the Official Monthly Drawing Rules. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited.

Brand Disclaimer

Midnight Valet LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or any trading card brand owner. Product names, card names, logos, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the site to submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, upload malicious files, violate law, impersonate another person, or misuse another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Midnight Valet LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, submissions, drawing participation, or venue request features.
